John Sawoski Accompanies Sam Harris, Mary Haskell, and Lucie Arnaz at The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame Ceremony Thursday Dec 14, 2006 - John Sawoski played keyboards with pianist / arranger / musical director Steven Cahill and the band for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame Ceremony, at the Beverly Hills Hotel Crystal Ballroom, backing up vocalists  Sam Harris, Mary Haskell, and Lucie Arnaz (who also MC'd) . Hall of Fame recipients included talk show host Regis Philbin; Tom Brokaw (Special Correspondent, "NBC Nightly News"); Leonard Goldberg (TV/Film producer, "Charlie's Angels," "Starsky & Hutch," "Brian's Song"); James Burrows (Award-winning producer/director, "Will & Grace," "Cheers," "Frasier," "Friends"); and William Shatner (Emmy-Award winning actor, "Boston Legal"). Presenters also included Maria Shriver (First Lady of California); Sumner Redstone (Chairman and CEO, Viacom); Grant Tinker (Former Chairman and CEO of NBC; Co-founder MTM Enterprises); and Elizabeth Shatner (Equestrian).
