April 19, 2004 John Sawoski played piano and music directed for The Leading Ladies at Salon XII at the Taper, It's Magic, Celebrating Musical Legacy of Songwriter Sammy Cahn. This year's show featured Michael Feinstein, Barry Manilow, Tony Danza, The Leading Ladies, Tony Danza, Jack Jones, Robert DiNiro, Niki Haris, Gogi Grant, Wesla Whitfield, Rodney Gilfry, Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. In the audience (and at the meet-the-artists reception afterwards) were Betty Garrett, John Raitt, Mr. Blackwell, Kirk Douglas and Anne Douglas, Nanette Fabray, and many more celebrities and dignitaries. John Raitt, Dennis McNeil and Lisa Vroman (of The Leading Ladies) appear here raising their glasses and making a toast.
